What I've Learned

Day 31

This was the first time I participated in Slice of Life. I can't wait till next year! So this is what I've learned.

*I have more to write about than I thought I did. Which is stupid since I have so much to talk about.

*Writing was easier than I thought.

*Writing was also harder than I thought.

*Writing daily made me have more positive  thoughts about my day. Who knew?

*I'm a little scared to state my opinion so openly on the World Wide Web.

*I need to find more blogging challenges.

  1. I totally agree that writing each day helps you savor the day much more than you would normally!! Great list!

  3. I agree with many of the statements you wrote. I do think it is difficult to write about something as personal as a slice of life, but it is also rewarding to have people read my writing. That's great that you are planning on doing it again!!

  4. I too find it scary to state my opinion on the web. I try to keep my blog fairly anonymous, but now my own children read my blog. Scary!

  5. I could relate to much of this and appreciate your honesty. It is hard to put ourselves out there. Writing exposes us in ways that we can never imagine, but it can also free us and make us wise. This was my first year participating in the challenge, but I may try posting on Tuesday as well - I hope to see you there!
