Lead Librarian

It's finally official!  As of yesterday I am the lead librarian for the elementary librarians in my district. This is definitely a new roll for me.

I'm excited to:

*test my leadership skills
*learn how to be a good leader
*to help support the other librarians in my district
*demonstrate to the school district what librarians can do
*share my knowledge
*learn from the seasoned secondary lead librarian

This is an exciting step in my career.  I think I'm ready for it!
